Director of Accounting – Global Consolidations

Salary: $200,000 – 250,000

• Be the go-to leader for complex consolidations
• Gain direct exposure to executive leadership, SEC reporting, and external auditors
• Play a pivotal role in quarterly and annual close cycles that matter to the market
• Influence accounting policy, technical conclusions, and process improvements company-wide
• Lead and develop a high-caliber accounting team with room to shape structure and talent
• Work within a well-resourced, SOX-compliant environment with strong systems and controls
• Build a resume-defining track record in public company accounting leadership
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal for broader business impact

• Oversee global consolidations and intercompany accounting
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for consolidated entities
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and public company reporting requirements
• Review and support SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, earnings support)
• Manage external auditor relationships related to consolidations
• Drive process improvements and systems optimization

• CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public company exposure
• Deep expertise in consolidations and complex accounting structures
• Prior leadership experience managing and developing accounting teams
