Accounting Manager

• Lead and mentor the AP and AR teams
• Oversee collections and payments for AP/AR, ensuring appropriate reserves and accruals
• Manage monthly journal entry preparation, the recording/maintenance of leases
• Support month‑end close, including general ledger account reconciliation, variance analysis, and journal entry preparation
• Assist with financial audits (internal and external)
• Support other projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience (public or public/industry)
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required
• CPA required

• Salary Range: $120,000–$130,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
