$24-$26/hour | Full-Time | Temp to Hire
What You'll Do- Generate and send customer invoices
- Apply payments and maintain accurate records
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist with reporting and month‑end close
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of AR, accounting, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Basic Excel skills; experience with accounting systems a plus
- Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
