Looking to grow your career in accounting and finance? We have a client who is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist who’s detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact. This is a great opportunity for recent grads or early-career professionals to build hands-on experience.
What You’ll Do- Generate and send customer invoices
- Apply payments and maintain accurate records
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist with reporting and month-end close
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of AR, accounting, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Basic Excel skills; experience with accounting systems a plus
- Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
- Competitive pay: $24–$26/hour
