You will support financial reporting, inventory control, and cost analysis, partnering with finance leadership and plant operations to improve cost visibility and drive strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities include month-end close, variance analysis, BOM and routing accuracy, labor/overhead rate evaluation, and developing OEE metrics using the ERP system.
