Tierra Encantada is hiring a Controller to own day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy across financial processes, and build scalable controls as the company scales. This player-coach role will execute accounting work while leading a small team and partnering with the CFO.
The role is full-time, hybrid with four on-site days at our Minneapolis HQ and one day remote. Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $150,000 annually and is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
