Sr. Accountant – Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting

Salary: $110,000 – $190,000

• Research technical accounting issues and prepare white papers
• Support SEC reporting, including 10-Q and 10-K filings and disclosures
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Evaluate accounting treatments and recommend GAAP-compliant solutions
• Implement new accounting standards and support policy development
• Partner with auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance

• 5+ years of accounting or public accounting experience
• 3+ years of SEC reporting experience (10-Q / 10-K)
• Experience with complex accounting standards (US GAAP)
• Public accounting background strongly preferred
