Accounting Associate; CAAS - Healthcare Industry

Job Responsibilities

• Client Service:
  Handle multiple clients, associated software, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Day-to-Day Transactions:
  Coordinate and process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
• Month-End Processing:
  Complete financial statements, coordinate and finalize account reconciliations (bank & credit‑card, prepaids, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accounts payable, accruals), and resolve complex reconciliations previously set up with senior staff.
• Quarterly/Annual Processing:
  File sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other client‑requested filings.

• Accounting and financial experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required (related experience, education, and training may be considered in lieu of a degree).

Competitive wages with a range of $53,700 – $93,000 for the Minneapolis location, with pay influenced by geography, experience, education, and skill set.
