Senior Associate – R&D Tax Credits

We are hiring a Senior Associate to join our Federal Tax Strategies (FTS) team. The role focuses on researching and delivering R&D tax credit studies across multiple industries in a collaborative, client‑centric environment.

• Assist FTS leaders with the delivery of research and development tax credit studies for various industries.
• Develop a deep understanding of industries including manufacturing, agriculture, construction, healthcare, and technology.
• Conduct client consultations, technical interviews, calculation reviews, site visits, and report development.
• Mentor associates and other team members in tax credit methodology and client service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and creative skills, exercising sound judgment and a results‑oriented mindset.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in tax, consulting, or related business services.
• Experience in business services or consulting (preferred).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency.
