The Minneapolis Institute of Art (Mia) is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and keep the general ledger aligned for accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include coordinating the close process, reconciliations, journal entries, and audits, while serving as backup to the Controller and supporting restricted funds, grants, and fundraising activity reconciliation.
