Senior Accountant

We are delighted to be representing a leading Minneapolis CPA firm in their search for a Senior Accountant to join the team.

The client is a full service firm offering tax, accounting, and audit services to a wide range of clients, with a focus on UHNW/HNW, Business and Corporate clients.

There are huge opportunities for growth - to Manager, Director and Partner level.

The firm offer capped working hours during Tax Season (55 hours per week Max), and reduced hours outside of deadlines - typically under 35 hours per week. There is even the ability to customize your working schedule if needed.

Responsibilities

• Experience of Tax Prep in some of the following;
• Business and Individual Tax Privately Held Businesses - HNWIs, Partnerships, s-corps, trust & estate, some c-corps
• Ideally some experience preferred in Review of returns (Not essential)
• Directly manage client relationships in their entirety.

Qualifications

• 4+ Years in Public Accounting
• Active CPA/EA preferred (not required)
• Experience in Business and Individual Tax Privately Held Businesses - HNWIs, Partnerships, s-corps, trust & estate, some c-corps
• Either some Review experience or the desire to Review work going forward.
• Vision $500 per month paid for by employer
• 401k w/ 5% dollar for dollar match
• Additional 5% profit share contribution
• PTO Flex
• Hours Capped in Busy Season (able to limit down to 40 hours per week)
• Half Days on Fridays through some (firm closes at 1PM)
• Unlimited Growth Path, including to Partner
