Accounts Payable Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% onsite, only local candidates in Minnesota will be eligible for consideration)

We're supporting the search for an Accounts Payable Associate to join a growing professional services organization in Minneapolis. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Process and review high-volume invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain vendor statements
• Support payment processing, ACH, wire transfers, and check runs
• Maintain vendor records and assist with new vendor setup
• Partner with internal departments to ensure timely invoice approvals
• Assist with month-end close and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiencies

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with accounting or ERP systems
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, or similar preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and thrive in a collaborative environment
