Accounting Associate – Technology Industry

• Handle multiple clients, software, and charts of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Coordinate and process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll
• Complete financial statements during month-end processing
• Coordinate and complete bank, credit card, prepaids, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accrual reconciliations
• Complete complex account reconciliations previously set up and supported by senior accounting staff
• Complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other client-requested forms or items

• Accounting and financial experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree

Demonstrates expertise in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and complex account reconciliations while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations. Proficient in coordinating financial processes and completing financial statements in a timely manner.
