Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently to guarantee on-time payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements, addressing and resolving any discrepancies.
• Evaluate and approve employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and support audit preparation efforts.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment-related concerns.
• Perform account reconciliations to uphold financial data accuracy.
• Prepare corporate tax returns and sales tax documentation as required.
• Utilize Net Suite and Microsoft Excel tools, including pivot tables, to manage accounting tasks effectively.
• Take on additional accounting duties as assigned by the accounting manager.
