You ll work across reconciliations, journal entries, treasury activities, month-end close, and other accounting projects while joining a business that continues to invest in new systems and better processes.

Responsibilities:

• Download daily banking activity reports and archive financial records securely
• Prepare weekly customer check deposits for bank processing
• Post daily banking transactions and journal entries into the ERP system
• Address automated bank notices, returned transactions, and account inquiries
• Upload daily payment files to banking portals for fraud prevention compliance
• Record monthly accrual entries, fixed asset depreciation, and prepaid amortizations
• Process payroll allocation templates and post corresponding ledger entries
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts using close-management software
• Support month-end close workflows and annual multi-area audit requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 1-3+ years of accounting experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including:

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
