Revenue Operations Specialist

• Support client setup and account maintenance within Net Suite
• Create and maintain sales orders to support accurate revenue recognition, reporting, and analysis
• Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure revenue-related data is complete and accurate
• Support revenue processes while maintaining controls and documentation
• Prepare recurring revenue reports, variance analysis, and business performance summaries
• Analyze revenue trends and provide insights for cross-departmental decision-making
• Perform client account analysis and reconciliations
• Support management reporting and ad hoc analysis requests
• Monitor data quality and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting support
• Ensure revenue-related accounting activities are accurate and compliant with company policies and accounting standards
• Support administration and enhancement of Net Suite, Hub Spot, and related business systems
• Maintain data integrity across CRM, ERP, and reporting platforms
• Identify workflow streamlining and operational efficiency opportunities
• Assist with automation tools and process improvement initiatives
• Support testing, documentation, and adoption of systems and enhancements
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Accounting, FP&A, and Accounts Receivable teams
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and process updates to stakeholders
• Support projects that improve workflows, reporting, and business performance
• Assist with special projects and evolving business initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in accounting, finance, revenue operations, business analysis, or related fields preferred
• Experience supporting reporting, reconciliations, financial analysis, or business operations preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience with professional services revenue recognition preferred
• Retail industry experience preferred
• Experience with Net Suite preferred
• Experience with Hub Spot or similar CRM platforms preferred
• Experience supporting automation, systems integrations, or process improvement initiatives preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in evolving environments and navigating ambiguity
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to travel occasionally to other Bluebird offices as needed (less than 10%)

Demonstrates expertise in revenue operations, financial analysis, and reporting, with a strong focus on data integrity and process improvement. Proficient in utilizing Net Suite and Hub Spot to support client account management and enhance operational efficiency.
