Senior Accountant, Consolidations

Join a dynamic corporate accounting team supporting global financial reporting, consolidations, and technical accounting initiatives. This role offers broad exposure to complex accounting matters, financial reporting, process improvements, and collaboration with teams across multiple business units and regions. • Support monthly close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.

• Lead consolidation of financial results, including intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.

• Assist with technical accounting matters, including business combinations, equity accounting, and other complex transactions.

• Partner with accounting and finance teams to improve processes, enhance controls, and drive operational efficiencies.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities.

• Assist with internal and external audits, SOX compliance, and financial statement disclosures.

• Participate in system implementations, automation initiatives, and special projects.

• Research accounting issues and prepare supporting documentation and analyses as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a public company environment.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.

• Experience with consolidations, technical accounting, and financial reporting preferred.

• CPA and/or public accounting foundation strongly preferred.

• Experience with enterprise financial systems such as SAP, One Stream, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

• Continuous improvement mentality with a focus on process enhancement and automation.

• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across teams.
