Salary: $90,000–$110,000

- Own the monthly close and reporting process for the North American business.

As the Senior Accountant, you’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate financial reporting and improving accounting processes across the North American organization.
- Lead and coordinate monthly close activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, analyses, and supporting work papers.
- Analyze financial results and ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, analyses, and documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements, control enhancements, and system improvements.
- Partner with FP&A and business teams on forecasting, budgeting, and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with corporate accounting and cross-functional stakeholders on special projects and strategic initiatives.
- 4+ years of experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination of both.
- Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting controls.
- Experience working in a public company environment and/or with SOX is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A process-improvement mindset and interest in taking ownership of projects and initiatives.
