Location: Minneapolis, MN

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements and related reporting.
Record accruals, journal entries, and perform account reconciliations.
Analyze general ledger activity and investigate accounting variances.
Track capital projects and manage fixed asset accounting.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operating expense reconciliations.
Support sales tax filings, year-end audits, and tax preparation activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business field.
3+ years of professional accounting experience.
Experience preparing financial statements and performing account reconciliations.
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
Experience with Yardi, MRI, or JDE software is preferred.
