Funds Specialist

Sevita is seeking a detail-oriented Funds Specialist to support our mission of helping individuals live life to the fullest. In this role, you will manage and track funding, payments, and reimbursements that power our home and community-based health services. You'll reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and other payer requirements. Working closely with care teams and program leaders, you'll help secure accurate, timely funding so services are delivered without interruption.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track funding sources to support Sevita's home and community-based services
• Process, reconcile, and report on payments, grants, and reimbursements with accuracy
• Collaborate with care teams and program managers to ensure timely authorization and billing
• Prepare financial summaries and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor compliance with payer, governmental, and organizational funding guidelines
• Investigate and resolve funding discrepancies, denials, and billing issues
• Maintain detailed, confidential financial and client records in line with policy
• Support audits and provide documentation to finance and compliance teams
