Salary: $22.00 - $28.00/hr

Compensation for this position includes hourly salary, $1000 target short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.

Viking Electric is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to help ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, and expense reports. If you enjoy working with numbers, solving problems, and supporting business operations, this could be a great opportunity for you.

You will…

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Manage automated and manual AP workflows and support process improvements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate vendor account setup and maintenance with Shared Services.
• Support emergency payment requests and maintain AP documentation and records.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of office experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
