We're looking for an Audit Senior who enjoys leading engagements, mentoring team members, and helping organizations navigate complex financial and business challenges. What You'll Do
- Lead audit and assurance engagements
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted guidance
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement processes and client operations
- Manage projects, timelines, and engagement resources
- Provide updates and insights to firm leadership regarding engagement progress and key developments
- Participate in training and staff/business development efforts
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and emerging business issues affecting clients
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of public accounting audit experience
- CPA license strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
