The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group
At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
You will work collaboratively with Project Managers, Estimators, Field Staff, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and corporate partners. This opportunity is well suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing competing priorities, solving problems, and building trusted relationships across field and office teams.
This role provides administrative and financial support for construction projects by managing project documentation, payroll, billing, cost reporting, procurement, and equipment rentals. The individual works closely with project teams and corporate partners to ensure accurate reporting, maintain project records, support client and vendor communications, and assist Project Managers with tracking and billing project changes and extra work.
We are hiring in either Minneapolis or Eau Claire and will move forward with the right candidate in either market. Construction experience is valuable, but candidates with relevant accounting, accounts payable, billing, project administration, manufacturing, or operational support experience are also encouraged to apply.
If you're an experienced project support professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
