Base Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 + Bonus + Profit Sharing

• Lead a team of professionals across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Oversee daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and communication.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow enhancements.
• Support compliance, vendor payments, customer receivables, and operational accounting activities.
• Contribute accounting expertise and General Ledger knowledge to organizational initiatives.

• Experience leading AP and/or AR teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Previous people-management experience with multiple direct reports.
• Solid General Ledger and accounting fundamentals.
• Project management experience, ideally involving automation, systems implementations, or process improvements.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hands-on, collaborative management role.
