Project Accountant
Project Accountant
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + 10-15% Bonus

- Partner with project managers on financial management from proposal through project completion.
- Set up and maintain project accounts to support accurate billing and financial reporting.
- Prepare, review, and submit client invoices.
- Perform project reviews, cost tracking, WIP analysis, and variance reporting.
- Manage accounts receivable, collections, and cash application discrepancies.
- Support project closeout activities and purchase order administration.
- Associate degree in Accounting required;
Bachelor's degree preferred. - 3-7 years of project accounting experience.
- Experience with billing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition.
