Position Summary- Provide administrative and document support in a professional legal services environment
- Assist multiple professionals with daily workflow and task coordination
- Maintain organization, accuracy, and confidentiality across all assigned work
- Prepare and format correspondence and internal documents
- Organize, scan, and maintain electronic and physical files
- Coordinate collection and tracking of required signatures
- Maintain records and reference materials
- Support communication between internal staff and external contacts
- Transmit documents and information securely
- Perform document review and comparison tasks
- Review time records for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Open new matters and maintain related documentation
- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure proper filing
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
- Handle general administrative duties, including phones, travel coordination, and expense processing
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working under deadlines and time-sensitive demands
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Organized and self-directed work style
- Adaptable to changing priorities
- Prior administrative or office support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with document management systems or cloud-based platforms
- Strong proofreading and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Exposure to a legal or professional services setting
- Experience supporting multiple professionals
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems
