Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to join a busy law firm in the South Metro. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and organize necessary materials to support the legal team in meetings.
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple calendars and schedules.
  • Review and process both digital and physical mail.
  • Organize and maintain case files in both hard copy and the firm's document management system.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including copying, scanning, and handling timesheets and expense reports.
  • Assist with entity formation processes as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a legal assistant in corporate law.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
