Our firm is supporting a well-established, large-scale organization in the retail and consumer services industry that operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Data Entry Specialist will play a key role in maintaining accurate and reliable data across internal systems. This role is ideal for an experienced data entry professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow structured processes with limited supervision.
Accuracy and consistency are essential to supporting operational efficiency.
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information within computer systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to follow defined procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Enter information from various source documents into databases or spreadsheets
- Review data for errors, completeness, and formatting consistency
- Update and maintain existing records as needed
- Follow established data entry standards and procedures
- Meet productivity and quality performance expectations
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to interpret and follow source materials with limited guidance
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to follow directions and standardized processes
- Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in high-volume or operational environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience supporting large enterprise or retail organizations
