Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Front Desk/Receptionist

Responsibilities- Answer all incoming calls, determine caller needs, and transfer as appropriate
- Greet customers and visitors, and notify employees as appropriate
- Perform general clerical work including simple typing, alphabetizing, filing, mail preparations, and document matching
- No experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of telephone console, general office machines, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Clerical, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Ability to receive customers and visitors with courtesy, tolerance, and efficiency at all times
- Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
- Ability to work under direct supervision
Expected pay rate for this position is starting at $21.00 per hour depending on experience.
