Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30/5:00pm
Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential extension) | Full-time | Fully onsite
About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with Polaris to hire an Inventory Project Assistant at their Wyoming, MN location. In this role, you’ll support key inventory operations, assist a busy functional team, and contribute to accurate, efficient data and inventory workflows. If you're detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and enjoy keeping processes running smoothly in a fast-moving environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

- Prepare and compose correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Perform data processing and inventory management using inventory software tools
- Create vehicle ship requests and process/record vehicle sales
- Schedule meetings, manage shared calendars, and coordinate on‑and off‑site events
- Arrange travel and business itineraries
- Greet and assist internal visitors and callers professionally
- Support event and ride setup as needed
- Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned
- 2+ years of related administrative or inventory-focused work experience
- Strong PC skills:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Power
BI a bonus) - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization under pressure
- Customer service mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Reliable transportation to the Wyoming, MN location
- Ability to pass applicable pre-employment screening
- Preferred:
Experience in automotive, inventory management, or data entry environments
