Overview:
We are seeking a skilled contract Administrative Assistant to support our client's office operations in Bloomington, MN. This position will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily business activities, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and providing essential administrative support to a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling mail distribution.
+ Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
+ Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
+ Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems.
+ Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and calendar management for executives and team members.
+ Order office supplies, track inventory, and coordinate service requests.
+ Support special projects and provide additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
+ Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
+ Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
+ High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
+ Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
