Position: Office Services Representative I

Office Services Representative I – Loffler Companies

Position Summary: The Office Services Representative I will manage a broad range of onsite functions, including copy/print work, mail, scanning, hospitality, reception and other client‑specified duties as outlined in the contract with Loffler Management Solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare, pack, and ship materials using client/Loffler designated control systems.
  • Receive, sort, and deliver mail; prepare outgoing mail in accordance with US postal regulations.
  • Produce, finish, and deliver copy/print jobs; schedule and bill jobs using Loffler or client software, and assist with file editing as required.
  • Scan originals into client‑specified locations; maintain high output and accuracy.
  • Answer phones, greet clients and visitors, and perform reception duties.
  • Set up conference and event spaces; clean, stock, and prepare client meeting areas.
  • Deliver couriers within and outside client locations.
  • Use shipping systems (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) and client systems to receive and ship items.
  • Adhere to the Employee Handbook and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related software.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; customer‑service orientation.
  • Basic leadership qualities; may be called upon to train or supervise.
