About the role

We are seeking a warm, personable, and professional receptionist to join our team full-time. This role is much more than answering phones—
you are the face and voice of Wanta Thome
. We’re looking for someone who naturally enjoys helping others and understands that creating a great client experience and office environment begins with them.

What you'll do
  • Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer the main phone line within one ring and direct calls accordingly
  • Input and update client information accurately into our CRM software
  • Identify caller needs and route them appropriately based on their stage in the client journey
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office at all times
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Actively contribute to improving client satisfaction and office hospitality standards
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or reception role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A natural, outgoing demeanor with a client-first mindset
  • Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone; must enjoy engaging in conversation, offering clear direction, and receiving guidance with professionalism
  • A genuine desire to create exceptional experiences for others; derives satisfaction from positively impacting the moods and outcomes of those they interact with
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to doing things the right way—not the fastest way
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a professional and calm manner
