Hiring first shift file clerks in Minneapolis!!!!! Entry level opportunity

This is a 1st Shift, 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday role. Candidates will be performing various functions in the vault including pulling files, putting files away or quality control. They will verify the loan files were filed in the correct locations. They will be walking all day and climbing step stools as needed. If a file is missing they will search the remainder of that shelf.

If not present they will research the file in the computer to find clues as to where it could have been misplaced. Clues include where the file was last seen, files that were brought in at the same time as missing file, checking on desks and under desks, checking carts, etc. On your feet 80% of the time.

• Basic Microsoft Office skills: especially MS Excel
• Production base experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Ability multitask
• Lift 30 lbs
• Be on feet all day
• Ability to navigate various computer databases

• Work Environment:
  Working in the vault. On feet most of the day
• Dress code is business casual. Need comfortable shoes. Tennis shoes are okay.
• It is quiet but very large vault. Basically an office warehouse full of files. Files are arranged by customer then loan number.

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

• Pay range: $37440.00 - $38480.00/yr.
• Direct Placement - benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K match, short/long term disability, PTO accrual and Holiday pay immediately

This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis, MN.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 6, 2026.
