Job Overview

Executive Assistant – Investment Banking Healthcare Team (Minneapolis, MN)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage active calendars for multiple partners and senior bankers.
  • Schedule domestic and international travel itineraries and agendas.
  • Word‑process and desktop publish documents such as pitchbooks, correspondence, engagement and commitment letters, memorandums, invoices, reports, and tracking sheets using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Compile and reconcile expense reports and corporate Visa accounts using Concur.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database, entering call notes, tracking deal processes, and creating distribution lists.
  • Exercise discretion in time‑management, prioritizing issues and ensuring appropriate follow‑up.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, dinners, events, and conferences on‑site and off‑site, including contract negotiation with restaurants and meeting facilities.
  • Screen multiple banker phone lines and project a positive, professional image.
  • Assist with onboarding new banking team members.
  • Develop relationships with external clients and internal partners across the firm.
  • Perform any other related responsibilities as required or requested.
  • Travel up to 10 days per year and work overtime during conference/event preparation as needed.

  • Non‑exempt, hourly position; availability for overtime.
Benefits & Compensation

Anticipated starting salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (range based on experience). Eligible for annual incentive compensation. Total compensation competitive with the market.
