Minneapolis, MN – North Loop (Hybrid: 4 days on-site / 1 day remote)
Pay: $35–$40/hour + overtime eligibility (not required) + large annual bonus
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an investment banking firm headquartered in Minneapolis on a newly created Executive Assistant position. This role was added due to continued business growth and will support senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in staying one step ahead. You’ll be part of a team of Executive Assistants, making a team-oriented mindset essential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct administrative support to four senior executives, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials; track follow-ups and action items
- Organize, maintain, and update internal CRM and documentation
- Assist with internal and external event planning
- Anticipate executive needs, manage shifting priorities, and proactively set expectations
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or executive assistant experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable wearing many hats and adapting to changing business needs
- Experience supporting executives in professional services industry is a plus
