Pay Rate: $25/hour
Schedule: After completing the initial onsite training period, this role offers the flexibility to work remotely from home.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to provide administrative and sales support that ensures smooth daily operations across our sales function. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, preparing proposals, coordinating communications, and supporting both field and office activities. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales information.
- Assist with preparing and assembling sales proposals, presentations, and related documentation.
- Organize, audit, and maintain sales files and records to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Support operational walkthroughs and coordinate relevant documentation and follow-up actions.
- Manage sales territory data and input accurate information into the CRM system.
- Assist in developing cold calling lists, prospect data, and basic marketing materials.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to sales and office teams as needed.
- Represent the company professionally at networking events, charitable functions, or professional association meetings as assigned.
- Maintain punctual and reliable attendance while upholding company policies and procedures.
- Build and sustain positive, professional relationships with coworkers, supervisors, contractors, and clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of administrative or sales support experience.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience maintaining CRM systems and working collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Power BI.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
