Position: Site Supervisor - Mail and Copy Office Services

IST Management Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. The Site Supervisor – Mail and Copy Office Services will manage a team of 2+ employees and provide mail, copy, and hospitality office services to on‑site customers. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience managing a team in similar office services and support operations.

Schedule

Regular business hours, generally M‑F 8 AM‑5 PM, with flexibility for occasional special event/off‑hours functions.

Compensation

Base salary: $24.00 to $24.00 per hour USD, DOE.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee mail services, copy services, reception, corporate hospitality, facilities management, light maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and the operations team; attend meetings and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with Customer‑based and IST Management internal teams to deliver white‑glove service.
  • Prioritize work to meet customer needs, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality; develop and improve SOPs; manage, train, and coach team members.
  • Ensure proper and safe use of all equipment.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to report service attainment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the US.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior mail or copy related experience.
  • Computer literacy; fluency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train employees.
  • Critical thinking skills and sense of accountability; problem‑solving ability.
  • Ability to meet attendance policy.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs on occasion; ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
