Valora St. Anthony, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! Valora St. Anthony is located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Minneapolis and St. Paul. Our community is easily accessible via major roads, including Highway 38 (St. Anthony Blvd) and Highway 65, making us a convenient option for employees in St. Anthony, Columbia Heights, Northeast Minneapolis, Shoreview, and Roseville.

Schedule:
Full-Time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

In this position, you will be responsible for overall management of the scheduling of clinical staff and pre-employment tasks under the supervision of the Executive Director and Director of Health Services. This may include public relations, marketing, general administrative duties, and oversight of the building and its programs with a customer service focus.
Duties include:
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors, and staff.
- Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
- Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
- Maintain scheduling program and conduct education on functionality of the program to staff.
- Ensure the schedule is current, updated, and replacements are assigned as needed.
- Assist with the tracking of employee attendance, as needed.
- Update and distribute tenant roster each month.
- Assist in developing and maintaining mailing lists for the facility.
- Manage and maintain the phone system and the employee phone list.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
- Previous training in general office duties and equipment.
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills.
- Annual reviews with wage increases.
