Administrative Support (Remote)

Job Responsibilities
  • Daily administrative support for Product Activation, including user testing, documentation, data entry, application packet updates, and coordination with cross‑functional partners to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • Create user test scenarios, conduct testing for broker and consumer sites, and document results clearly and accurately.
  • Update reference charts and administrative tracking materials to support ongoing Product Activation work.
  • Enter data into Supply System and upload forms as required.
  • Update, proof, and finalize application packets in partnership with Product Strategy, Capability, Compliance, and other functional leaders.
Qualifications
  • General knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Excel and Word.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy and follow‑through.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to learn new processes quickly.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Snagit.
  • Knowledge of quotes and apply tools.
  • General knowledge of ancillary products.
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour (up to $18.72 / hour). Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Hybrid). Weekly paycheck.
