Job Title: Workforce Coordinator – Administrative Assistant
Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a competent and resourceful individual to support our site management team in Plano, TX and Celina, TX. The position involves customer communication, hiring and recruiting, human resource functions, performance management, and payroll.
Benefits for Administrative Assistant- Full‑time position with weekly pay.

- Perform recruiting and customer service functions.
- Complete new‑hire forms and manage onboarding workflow.
- Coordinate benefit programs and assist employees with documentation.
- Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs.
- Assist with recruitment and interview processes; provide facility tours to new candidates.
- Schedule meetings and interviews.
- Handle photocopying, mailing, scanning, emailing, and other clerical tasks.
- Coordinate weekly payroll processing.
- High school diploma.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Strong communication and critical evaluation skills.
- Demonstrated ethical practice.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
