Overview
We have an exciting position open for a highly motivated and professional Administrative Assistant to join U.S. Bank supporting our Business Line CFO executive in the Minneapolis office. The role involves going beyond traditional support to contribute to high‑impact, strategic work while mastering essentials such as calendar management, expense reporting, and travel coordination.
Essential Functions- Manage complex calendars and scheduling.
- Oversee expense reports.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare presentations.
- Interact with cross‑functional teams and business lines.
- Work on highly visible projects, some of which are technical and involve data.
- Program management responsibilities.
- Exceptional organization to juggle multiple calendars, deadlines, and priorities.
- Self‑motivation and anticipation of potential issues with proactive problem solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills for building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Team coordination across corporate functions.
- Time management and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Customer service orientation towards internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft products (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel), AI tools, and other business platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of administrative and support experience; experience in finance preferred.
