Program Coordinator - Energy Operations
St. Paul, MN – Hybrid
We are looking for a Program Coordinator / Project Analyst to support the Inside Meter Move-Out (IMMO) program. The role involves guiding program coordination and reporting across multiple teams, managing deliverables, monitoring performance, and maintaining communication across teams in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with partners to collect updates and status information
- Follow up with teams to resolve delays or missing data
- Update reports and dashboards
- Track financials, timelines, and performance indicators
- Prepare presentations and deliver updates to leadership
- Manage documentation and administrative program tasks
- Up to 37 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations (up to 10 years considered)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3+ years of experience pulling and analyzing data
