Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

This company creates unique design products used in commercial spaces. They have a small, team-oriented office where employees collaborate closely and take on a variety of responsibilities.

Position Overview

This role combines payment processing and general office support . It's a great fit for someone who likes a mix of structured tasks and day-to-day office responsibilities, and who is comfortable working in a smaller team environment.

Key Responsibilities Payment Processing & Tracking
  • Record incoming payments (checks, credit cards, and electronic payments)
  • Apply payments to customer accounts
  • Handle credit card transactions and refunds
  • Complete daily payment balancing tasks
Invoices & Billing Support
  • Create and send customer invoices
  • Upload invoices into customer systems when needed
Customer & Account Follow-Up
  • Reach out to customers regarding past-due balances (light follow-up, minimal phone work)
  • Communicate with internal team members about account updates
Office & Administrative Support
  • Answer incoming calls and check voicemail
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages
  • Maintain phone and email contact lists
  • Order office supplies when needed
Documentation & Recordkeeping
  • Complete customer-required paperwork and forms
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Keep records accurate and up to date
Team Support
  • Help cover tasks for team members when they are out
  • Assist with various projects and general office needs
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in payment processing, accounting support, or similar work
  • Willing to help with both financial tasks and general office duties
  • Experience with accounting or task-tracking software is a plus, but not required
