We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant Lead to support our Investment Banking teams in Minneapolis. The primary objective of this position is to participate in the coordination of administrative and clerical work, supervise staff and provide a high‑level of professional support for the banking team within the Minneapolis based Investment Banking group.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Works with IB Administration to ensure effective and appropriate office coverage
- Participates in the recruitment and selection of staff
- Orients and trains new hires
- Monitors the performance of direct reports and provides annual performance reviews
- Works with IB Administration and the Supervisor Group on tracking new hires and entering tech requests
- Executes a broad variety of administrative tasks for multiple partners and senior bankers, including fully managing active calendars
- Arranges domestic and international travel itineraries and agendas
- Word‑processing and desktop publishing utilizing the Microsoft suite and a variety of additional software
- Compiles expense reports for assigned bankers according to company policy utilizing Concur and reconciles corporate Visa accounts
- Contributes proficiently and skillfully to the CRM database by updating contact information, entering call notes, assisting with deal process tracking, creating and maintaining distribution lists, and maintaining accurate pipelines and forecast
- Exercises discretion in committing time and evaluating needs
- Advise of time‑sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow‑up
- Maintains discretion in dealing with confidential information and sensitive materials
- Coordinates internal and external meetings, dinners, and events, both on‑site and off‑site locations, negotiating contracts with restaurants and meeting facilities
- Performs diplomatically while managing competing priorities and varying banker expectations
- Manages and screens multiple banker phone lines while projecting a positive, professional image for all clients and colleagues
- Assists with the on‑boarding of new banking team members
- Develops excellent relationships with the external clients and internal partners throughout the company
- Assumes other related responsibilities as required or requested

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
