CBRE -  - Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to three Facilities Managers;
Process and manage 200250 invoices monthly across the U.S. portfolio;
Create and maintain purchase orders, ensuring proper tracking and compliance;
Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders to support facilities activities and work orders;
Maintain and organize documentation including proposals, invoices, and service records;
Monitor and update data across systems such as IFM Hub, Coupa, and Smartsheet;
Respond to inquiries and service requests from stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution;
Track performance metrics and support reporting for regional facilities operations
