Third Party Reimbursement Administrative Professional
Class II Full Time, 8 hours/day, year-round (12-month) Starting hourly rate between $25.70 - $27.92 depending on experience. For more information please review the Administrative Professional and Paraprofessional Contract Position Description.
The Third Party Reimbursement Administrative Professional reports to the Student Support Services Director. This position also collaborates with department leaders to ensure accurate systems supporting Third Party Reimbursement across the district. This is an extremely hands-on position that requires a detail orientated professional with the skills, energy, and creativity to ensure that the office runs smoothly despite regular interruptions. The successful candidate will be required to tactfully take charge of tasks and schedules to ensure successful completion.
Qualifications:
- Must have a HS diploma or GED and 1-3 years of related experience.
- Must have proven experience interacting positively with the public.
- Must have the ability to handle more than one project/task at a time while maintaining a positive professional demeanor despite numerous interruptions.
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate, both verbal and written, in a clear concise professional manner.
- Must be computer proficient with general office productivity tools.
- Must be comfortable working with adults and staff in a collaborative and engaged environment.
