The St. Anthony Police Department is seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional to provide essential administrative support. Responsibilities include processing and maintaining police reports, citations, and records; performing accurate data entry, quality control, and filings with courts, prosecutors, and partner agencies; preparing documents for criminal prosecutions; assisting the public in person and by phone; and maintaining strict confidentiality while supporting officers and typing narrative reports.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, one year of data entry experience preferred, ability to pass a comprehensive background check, strong communication and organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, ability to obtain required BCA certifications, and the ability to work effectively in a law enforcement environment. Previous law enforcement administrative experience is preferred. Benefits:
