Description & RequirementsOverview:
Print/Mail/Scan Production Associate is responsible for document preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality control activities that support clients' document management processes. This role ensures documents are accurately digitized, classified, and indexed while maintaining quality standards and service level commitments. The position requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.

What You Will Do:
- Prepare, scan, and reassemble documents while ensuring document integrity
- Perform quality checks on scanned images and resolve scanning issues
- Index documents by identifying document types and entering required data accurately
- Review scanned documents, identify exceptions, and route items for further processing when needed
- Maintain accurate production output while meeting quality and service level expectations
What You Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- 3–4 years of experience in document processing, data entry, or a high-volume production environment
- Typing speed of approximately 60 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience using document imaging software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written and verbal English communication skills
