Overview

Avionté is a rapidly growing SaaS technology firm, and is seeking a professional and extremely organized Executive Admin. Along with direct responsibility to the CEO & broader Executive Team, this position offers a variety of tasks and roles within the organization that allow you to flex your numerous talents and your ability to multi-task and prioritize. You will be an integral team member and will be a supportive point of contact to Executives across departments giving you the opportunity to interact and develop relationships with employees and managers throughout the company.

Responsibilities
  • Directly support the CEO and other members of the executive team as needed
  • Proactive management of calendars, understanding of conflicting priorities and self-resolution, working with Executives to align on prioritization and demands
  • Owning and executing on deadline driven special projects around organizational strategies
  • Aligning leaders across teams through maintained and scheduled meetings and communication mechanisms
  • Assist the Executive Team by bringing order, structure and organization into all aspects of their roles
  • Ability to acquire and coordinate travel accommodations around tight schedules and multiple priorities
  • Be a brand extension of Avionté by greeting guests of the Executive team, meeting business partners and interacting with other professional networked individuals
  • Assist in the creation, formatting and distribution of agendas, PowerPoint presentations and other materials for both internal and external meetings
  • Ability to coordinate and plan group meetings, offsite sessions and professional outings efficiently and with ease
  • Partner with Office Manager to ensure management and smooth running of office facilities
  • Assist with special tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous Executive Admin experience required, preferably supporting the CEO
  • Personable, professional and friendly manner – positive attitude
  • Extremely detail oriented and very organized
  • Great multi-tasking and follow-up, follow-through
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office experience is required and heavily relied on
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to execute with minimal direction
